Regenerative Human Systems is operated by Kristine Baltaca. When we say "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Kristine Baltaca and this platform. Our contact address is kristine@regenerativehumansystems.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data — name, email address, country, profession and interests you provide when you register.
  • Contact & enquiry data — name, email and message you submit via our contact or trial request forms.
  • Usage data — pages visited, resources downloaded, videos viewed, collected by the platform's own logs. If you consent via the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand overall site usage — see Section 8 for details.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and operating system, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide and improve the platform and its content.
  • Respond to enquiries and trial requests.
  • Send you relevant updates about your account or new content (you may opt out at any time).
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve the platform.
  • Consent — for any marketing communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion at any time (see §7).

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in the European Union using Supabase (backed by AWS). All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Private files are accessible only via time-limited signed URLs.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site usage (pages visited, general location, device type). By default, before you make a choice on the cookie banner, we only receive anonymous, aggregated traffic data from Google — no cookies are set and you are not individually identifiable. If you accept via the cookie banner, Google Analytics additionally sets its own cookies to provide more complete, per-session analytics. Google Analytics is not required for the site to function. You can give, withdraw, or change your consent at any time: .

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
